We haven’t truly announced this yet (Why!? No idea, and I work here 😅), but now we are: we have 3 new Readi Team Members! Everyone welcome Sophia, Jacqueline, and John!

For a while we’ve been looking for someone with the technical skills to help us build out our full vision of Readi. Now we have THREE! The Readi Team now consists of 9 people dedicated to this dream of safe, engaging friendship and creativity for all. This is HUGE. We’re coming for you 2022!
If you’ve been asking to contribute to Readi for a while now (lol and we’ve definitely heard you trust me!), Community Roles finally gives you that opportunity.
As we think towards the future of Readi, we dream of a place called The Citadel: a bastion for creative minds and world changers. Think the creative equivalent to Hogwarts. And just like Hogwarts, the houses are the star of the show:

As an Agent, you live and breathe connection, sparking new friends and championing Readi wherever you go. Without you, Readi doesn’t grow, but with you we are able to bring the most dynamic people in the world to our community. If you love talking, meeting new people, and making a great first impression, you may just be the Agent we need.
“The magnetic community organizers.”
Builders host workshops, shape movements, and catalyze meaningful experiences between people. You are the activist that connects your non-profit, or the studio manager providing space for creative growth. When people want to know what’s going on in or outside of Readi, they turn to you.
“The artists, makers, and crafters.”
As a Designer, you are a wonder bringer. Through your skill for creation, you spark the feelings and emotions of a storyteller. You are not only the lifeblood to the world of Readi, but the world beyond. Whether it be set design, poetry, dance, or any other form of creativity, your skills allow every other role to have meaning and purpose.
“The systematic tinkerers of Readi, and eventually The Citadel.”
As natural integrators, Engineers make sure our community has the systems and processes to communicate and function. You may be our next moderator, or help us solve a technical problem. If you like helping to keep the ship running, you could be our next Engineer.
