<aside> 🧡 Being a part of Readi is a great opportunity to build real connections through safe, pressure-free meetups. In order to keep our community accountable, we've come up with some simple rules to follow.

Note: these rules are non-negotiable if you want to be a part of Readi. Stick to them closely!

Rules

1. Show love and respect to all members. We have a zero harassment policy.

We're all actual friends here, so please be respectful to everyone. This applies to your offline interactions as well. No harassment, death threats, sexism, hate speech, or racism. Do not instigate or involve yourself in any nasty arguments.

On harassment:

Readi is a place where you can make real friends, pressure-free. Because of that, we take harassment very seriously. Practice asking for consent before sending private DMs, coordinating hangouts outside of Readi meetups, or touching or hugging anyone. Respect anyone's previously expressed boundaries to the letter. If you feel like you are being harassed by someone in any way, be sure to report the individual to the Admin team and they will take it from there. There won't be much debating or deliberating when it comes to predatory behavior: you will be swiftly removed.

You don't have to be perfect, and we would definitely never police your activity outside of Readi: we just ask that you be a decent and safe person.

2. Share, don't sell. We are a community, not a marketplace.

Our goal is to support the dreams and endeavors of every Readi member. However, outside of a vendor market or special event, avoid soliciting and selling directly to community members. Feel free to share your passion projects or new businesses, but stop short of selling anything directly within the community. (If you're interested we're thinking of opening a Community Store in the future. Stay tuned for more details!)

3. No NSFW content

Anything involving gore or sexual content is not allowed. (NSFW = Not Safe for Work)

4. No spamming in text or voice chats (Discord)

Do not spam messages, soundboards, voice changers, or peak out your mic in any channel.

No malicious content (Discord)
